Our guest for this episode is a legend on and off the football field, achieving incredible success across 20 years as both a player and a coach, we had the privilege of chatting to Paul 'Roosy' Roos. 

 

After his career as a AFL footballer and coach, Paul then took his 25 principles of creating a winning team and translated that into the corporate world as Co-Founder and Director of Performance by Design helping companies develop culture values and behaviours with a focus on process rather than outcome. 

 

This conversation is a blend of Paul’s time as a wildly successful coach of elite AFL athletes and how he’s transferred that learning to work with high profile clients in the corporate world.
